Website design and logo design (all contents completed, only design needed)

This project content 2 parts and base on hourly budget. Part 1, we want to build a financial company website, all page contents are completed, we need a good designer to make it have "professional and big company look". Part 2, the website logo (let's say ) we want to use in our software, so you need to make different size of logo, the software logo requirement: 1. "About" window: File format BMP; 24 bits color depth; size 131x151 2. "Installation" window: File format BMP; 8 bits (256 colors) color depth; size 500x60 3.
