New website for Think! Think! Organizes parties in Ghent and would like an up- to-date website for 2015 . URL: [login to view URL] The website should have: • Welcome Page o banner next party (Facebook format) • Calendar future parties • Integrate our Promo Movie • Login for members / ticket system (see below) • Facebook photo album integration • Facebook feed link (? ) The membership system should offer the following capabilities : • Management of the following data o Surname o Name o Address (street + no , post code, town , country) o Mobile number o Email o Picture ( choose public or private) • subscribe and unsubscribe the SMS list ( script provided by us) • Payment of the membership fee (per 365 days) + expiration • Integration of current database with SQL Ticketing System , coupled with the membership system • Assigning free ticket (s) by admin • Sales of tickets (payment by debit , paypal , credit cards (?) o Multiple categories tickets must be possible for the future • Download or send tickets ( with QR code ) or view online • Scanning the tickets at the entrance of the event o Tickets are invalid after scanning o Registration of hours of the scan in the database Think! App - or mobile site • Attendees can upload photos to facebook / website • Attendees can chat with each other and share photos
