Milestone 3 of Homadorma website - Repost

We are hiring a web developer to create the 3rd milestone of our website. The 3rd milestone will be a replicate of Milestone 2 with contents in Chinese, plus user management backend. You do not have to understand Chinese in order to take this job, we will support you with English comments on the Chinese content. But you must be comfortable working with a language that you do not understand. You will be provided with 90% of the pages completed in html and css. What we lack in house is dynamic website coding abilities. What we need from you is explained in the instruction file called "Homadorma Milestone 3 [login to view URL]" compressed in the attached instruction file. Please review it carefully before bidding. The contractor is expected to complete the milestone 3, and upload to [login to view URL] to make the site fully functional. Timing is our 1st priority. The scheduled start date of Milestone 3 is June 9th. By June 20th, all tasks except for Task 3.8 should be completed. Please carefully review the timeline included in the instruction document. I will monitor the project by daily task. If the project is delayed by more than 1 day, I will unfortunately have to cancel the project and hire a different developer. The contractor might lose money in this case. On the other hand, the contractor who's able to finish before the scheduled completion date will receive bonus.
