Looking for someone to make this PSD into HTML,CSS & PHP for the contact form.. The background image needs to be 100%. This also need to be mobile & tablet compatible. So in other words it should be a responsive design. also: Once you hit contact us a modal window shows up with the form. Once the for is filled out you hit "Submit," 3 things happen. A) hank you message pops up for 4 seconds. B) The viewer is taken back to the home page C) The clients receives an email with a message. (for now you can just put whatever) Please only bid if you can really do this project I will need prove of work before I award this project to anyone. This project needs to be done within 3 HOURS. So please don’t waste mine time if you can not fulfill this timeline. MUST SPEAK & WRITE PERFECT ENGLISH I have attached 2 images showing how this should look.
