Send Form Maker plugin data to SQL Server via ODBC Connection

I have the Form Maker plugin for Wordpress that I'm using for a client, this plugin works for my client because it creates forms and saves the submissions on the database so they can be also seen and edit/filter form submissions on the backend of the Wordpress admin, which the client wishes to be able to do. The plugin also has the ability to connect to another mysql database and send the submission data (SQL Mapping), but only mysql. The client wishes for each form submission to also be sent to a SQL Server database where the data will also be stored, the other way around also, the data can be changed on the SQL Server and sent to the mysql database using the plugin. They wish to do this using an ODBC connection with stored procedures. I have the form maker plugin files (premium plugin) and have made some changes to the plugin to also incorporate audio recording which is already working.
