Take multiple numbers in order and shuffle them to a random order. Randomly select a percentage of those numbers.

This is a simple page with 3 parts. 1st part - It will have a single input line with a button lapelled "List". The input will be for the numbers that will need to be generated in order. Example if I enter 5 and click on the list button. The page will refresh and list the numbers as shown below. 1 2 3 4 5 It should support large number such as 1,000,000,000 2nd part - Once the numbers are printed the screen. I should have button labeled "Randominzed" It should then randomly shuffle the numbers order. Everytime I click on the Randomized number the orders should be drastically different. 3rd part - Their will be another single line input with the button labeled "Percentage select". This input will be for the percentage of numbers I want to select from the latest random printed screen. If I enter 20 and click on the "Percentage Select" button a new window will be open with 20 percent of the numbers that were selected at random.
