I need The WordPress Multilingual Plugin (WPML) plugin [login to view URL] installed and configured for a WordPress theme I have already installed. All I need is to set-up WPML plugin for 4 languages with their respective .mo files including configuring the language selectors, menus, language selectors and flags for the top header to select 4 languages. I also need the admin option to manage each translations from the WP admin set-up too. I need this done today!
