wordpress design projectt

I need some one to convert my html site to wordpress. I have already created the home page in html which you have to create in wordpress http://v=i=g=n=a=n=a=s=u=d=h=[login to view URL] (remove =) (only 4 pages are to be created in wordpressi.e. home page, enquiry form, photo gallery, news scroll events page) We will create other pages and menu and feed all data by ourselves. We should be able to add/change the images in both the slideshows. We should be able create and remove menu(also sub menu items) The photo gallery must be like http://s=s=m=r=[login to view URL](but make it better/posh) When we click on news scroll it should open as http://s=s=m=r=[login to view URL] for every news scroll item in news scroll and we should be able to add remove posts/events(but make it better/posh) Enquiry form should be as http://s=s=m=r=[login to view URL] (but make it better/posh) My max budget for this project is 30USD and should be completed in next 12 hrs. If quality work found similar projects will be given daily.
