ARTICLE SITE: Need a Simple Article Page

GOAL: I am trying to get people that visit my website to submit an article. The articles will help me with my SEO. SAMPLE OF HOW THIS IS WORKING NOW: The end user logs in and will Post An Article. tHEY CLICK THE "POST BUTTON" Once the article uploads to the directory, it will post on one sheet in order ( by date and time). HERE IS AN EXAMPLE ( not my site) This website has a simple article page that updates on ONE PAGE <[login to view URL]> THE PAGE: Here is the sinple .htm file that the database will be on. The important thing about this page is that my logo and buttons are on the page, thats it, you build the site on this page. SUMMARY OF ARTICLES ON PAGE: When an article is posted, there will be a summary of the article on the main article page. They click on the summary, they can see the full article. TECHNICAL: I would like the article that has been created by the end user to immediately upload onto **my server**, into a folder just for all articles. ADMIN SIMPLICITY: When someone loads and article on my server, I will have a GUI (admin panel) to add, delete any articles. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Every article that is created goes into a folder and all articles files are .htm files that keep adding into this folder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
