Hello, I am a professional SEO looking for a qualified, experienced link builder partner who can build links for a wedding gifts site to begin with. The qualified candidate will be able to learn the ins and outs of our custom link building directory software, and will adhere to the following standards: 1. Simple html text links to our site (no [login to view URL] or framed pages / javascript / redirects) 2. Sites MUST be relevant to our site (wedding / gifts) 3. No more than 40 outgoing links on the page our link appears 5. Links acquired must be documented on a spreadsheet (link location, anchor text etc) 6. I can reject any link that does not meet these requirements listed, numbers 1-7 7. 1 Link per site, and only one link from each unique IP. (not duplicate ip links) Once I find the person who understands link building using our unique method, I have a host of other websites (8+) where I can utilize her or his services. We wish to find the person who can take on these projects long-term. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
