244723 custom fade in tooltip

I know this is an easy project, but I need it done for simple use. I have a fade in tool tip script, and I want to make it user friendly so it can be added to a url with the font, font color and background color as well as the area being a square, rectangle with sharp corners or rounded corners... I do not want to past this code on all my pages, so I will need 2 things... 1. I will need an include or vars file to load all the code in, so I can refrence it in the php pages instead of adding it to all pages. I also need a tooltip include page with all the information in it that the tooltips will hold.. For Example: var tool-tip1(This will be the text in the tooltip) var tool-tip2(This will be the text in the next tooltip) 2. I need a small gui interface that is user friendly, like the adsense area, where I can choose font type, font color, shape of tooltip and rounded or sharp corners. I will need to be able to add the url or the file and page the code will be on as well as what I want it to say on the tooltip and select generate so it will give me the code to copy and paste in the place of the url link where this would normally be <a href ="file-name-or-page-the-code-will-be-on-or-url ">test link</a> once this is replaced, the tool tip will work with look I chose and add in the include file the text that I want that tooltip to say so I may modify it later I want this easy, and I will be uploading this to all the websites I will use the code on.. basically, I want to build an include with control file system.
