Authentication method for a PHP webapp using eID Cards

Hello, We need someone to create a Authentification method in PHP and or Java for a CodeIgniter based app to work similar like this site: [login to view URL] This site used eID cards to authenticate in their web app. Based on the Unix app and a XUL + Javascript I provide I would like to make a way so the users can authenticate in the web site. The website is based in PHP/MySQL and CodeIgniter. Unix App: [login to view URL] XUL: Included in the attachment The authentication should be basic, once the user enter the eID card in the card reader the script capture the data required for the registration and completes the creation of the account. Please let me know your experience with examples and Portfolio. Thank you
