Development using CloudStack API

Hi I need to add additional functionality to my Cloud. Cloud is built using CloudStack API; so i need to add additional features and functionality to the cloud setup. All fucntinalities innlvole automation of various tasks; Some of the tasks may not be supported out of box by the CloudStack API, so need to programme the additional features and it should tie back to the cloud setup. e.g Cloud Stack API supports Amazon API with cloud Bridge, but no auto scaling, so need to build this functinality for my cloud so customers can scale from private cloud to public cloud or configure auto scaling on Amazon e.g Integration other 3rd party Cloud provider API to my cloud Stack.
