Iphone & Blackberry Application with Text-to-Speech

I need 1 application for iphone and for blackberry that can read information from a database and read it via text-to-speech. The specifics will be given later but that is basically all that is needed. The database will be internal in the phone. The configuration screen is very simple with just 3 or 4 options as to when to read from the database. You must provide the logo as well. I am requesting an expert guaranty because I can't risk not having this on time. The application must work on IOS 3 iphone/ipad and Blackberry Devices 9700 for example. The code must be compliant with Apple Standards (And rim). I will be conducting code inspection to be sure that the code is of quality.
