Java Payroll Report

Request: Write a program that creates two input files as text files. Write a program that reads these two files as inputs for processing. Each line in the first file contains employee data. Each line in the second file contains hours worked data for the corresponding employee in the first file. The output of the program is a thired file that contains a report of the payroll for all of the employees. You must include code to view the report file on screen. Calculate tax at 15% of gross pay. Your file must have at least 20 employees.
