Joomla IP tracker component/module NEEDED!

I need a simple IP tracker stats module/component built for use by the members of my Joomla site. This extension needs to be able to generate a code and provide it to my members so that they can insert in into the page of their choice and be able to track their visitors information. After they have properly placed this code I would like for them to be able to come back to my site, sign in, and be able to view the IP stats of the individual visitors that have come their page. I would need this module to be able to be easily modified for future upgrades. For now, the tracker stats page needs to have the following information viewable to my members. 1) Time and date the viewer was tracked (i.e. in that members time zone if possible) 2) IP address of visitor with link to IP info. 3) Type of Browser visitor is using 4) URL they viewed when tracked 5) URL they came from to get to the page they were tracked on I would also need the members to be able to have the choice to delete single views by checking each box they would like to delete or to be able to click a link that will delete all views by a certain IP address.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
