hi i am to create a wap site the wap site will be based on buying and selling. the site will need be created using some sort of java ( i think java j2me is the right one). the site will be displyed using an emulator. the main idea of the site is that it will allow a user to log in and see items thay are for sale. this means that there will also need to be some sort of data base for user deatials it does not need to be to complex an with to much detail. if u want more info email me many thank ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4)i will need step by step instructions from start to finish on how to excecute the code 5)i will need a brief written report on the code explianing why did what u did 6)the code will need to be fully commented 7)a test plan will also be essiential 8) the idea is just an outline and may change. however if it was to change it would make life easier as i have given it in the worst case senario ## Platform the wap site will need be run windows XP using some sort of emulator
