Adsense Consulting and Site Design

I need some help with the ad style, color and placement of? Adsense ads on my new site [[login to view URL]][1]. I am currently getting between 150-200 hits per day on my site with less than 1%CTR.? I need some advice on site design and flow as well in order to lead? users through the site and direct them to the hotspots within the site. I am not looking to violate any of Google's Terms of Service or trick anyone into clicking on ads but I do think there are ways to display the ads or change the site design that would encourage more opportunities for clicks. I would like advice on the below items: * **Site Design and Flow**? * ? if making a recommendation to change design or flow then please describe changes and bid appropriately. * **Ad Style ** * **Ad Color** * recommend ad color that would encourage click through and blend with design of site.
