Content Marketplace Script

I am looking for a relatively simple content ordering system with three types of user Admin, Writer and Client The client will log in and deposit funds via paypal into their account. The clients balance will automatically change depending on how much they pay with paypal. The client will then place an order for an article. There will be two text boxes and one drop down box. Text Box 1 is the title (required field) Text Box 2 is the description (not required) Drop down is a choice of the number of words the article has to be, from 100 - 5000 The client should be able to add another title to the same order. In this event they will click "add title" and another Text Box 1 will appear with another drop down. When the client is finished adding orders they will submit it. The system will need to ensure the client has enough funds to pay for the order. If so, the clients balance will be debited. If not, an error message will appear. The system will also need to handle deposits via e-cheque that take 7 days to clear. The admin will manually create a new writer account. The writer will then login and select which orders he/she wishes to take. The writer should only accept a maximum of 5 articles at one time. They must submit the work before selecting new open orders. Once an order is taken it is no longer available to other writers. Should the writer fail to complete it the order can be re-opened by an admin for other writers. Once a writer has completed writing he will submit the it in a text area box for review by the client. The client can then read it an approve it or decline it which will return it to the user. Should the client decline it they should have a box below the article to detail why they are declining it (required field). Once the order has been completed and accepted the writers balance will increase. Should the client fail to accept or decline the order within 72 hours it will automatically be accepted. ## Deliverables Should the client want a refund the admin can manually do this and must be able to edit the client's balance. Should the writer wish to withdraw their earnings the admin can manually do this and must be able to edit the writer's balance. The current charge is £1.50 per 100 words. For every 100 words written by a writer they will receive £1.00 The admin should be able to - Add / delete writers - Re-open orders not completed - Manually edit a writers balance - Manually edit a clients balance - Edit the charge per 100 words - Edit the payment per 100 words per writer (so one writer can earn £1 per 100 words and another £2) - Edit the charge per 100 words per client (so one writer pays the automatic £1.50 per 100 words but another could pay £1.35) - Mass e-mail all customers - Mass e-mail all writers - View all orders in progress and any communication between writer and admin - Edit the information submitted by the client or writer when an article is decline (to avoid writers passing their email addresses to clients to work outwith the system).
