558092 Convert swf to Jquery Banner/Nav Menu

We need programmer to remove swf banner and swf nav menu on 6 html pages [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] New banner image with model and slogan will be replaced with static images and should load random each time site loads. Pic should load from xml file. for the nav menu it needs to be the same but not in flash. (this is top procedure menu) All must work in all browsers and looks and feel of sie should not change just file type (except for flash anaimation of model and text which we will use static banners) Site is [login to view URL] Thanks this will help with worload and should be done in a couple of day.
