Custom t-shirt purchasing site

It will be an online t-shirt ordering site similar to [login to view URL] but to reach a more urgent audience similar to the way [login to view URL] caters to that audience with business cards. It will need an on-line store featuring approximately 50 items with size breakdowns within each item (Small-Xlarge for example). Then it will also need color breakdowns (blue, red, black for example) and each item will have it's own pricing (black shirts are more than white for example). To top it off, I need an online art form where customers can upload art as well as choose from a pre-selection of clip-art layouts. It will need to determine if the uploaded files are usable by checking the DPI of jpg's and verifying vector components of AI or EPS files. These will be editable on-line by the customer as they are doing their ordering to a small degree (color changes, text editing). At the end of them choosing the garments and design it will give them a final price and process their credit card. Then the order will be placed within my existing company. I want all financial transactions to be exportable into Quickbooks for accounting purposes. I will design all logos and want the database with the garments and designs to be editable by my staff which are all familiar with website design at a basic level. The inital database items will be provided in a format specified by you so you won't need to do any data entry for the database. Please give me an estimate for the job and an estimated time it would take.
