Emergency Website Completion PHP/MySQL - repost

I won and manage an IT company and have a team of developers with expertise and experience in PHP and MySql. We have developed many complex and extensive custom sites of varied extents and complexity. I assign work to my team members while I personally coordinate and communicate. Each of my team members works for 40 manhours in a week. I can assign more than team member to your project and we can clock 90 hours in a week. However, to determine who can be assigned to the project I need to know more about the work. Please appreciate that coders have varying levels of expertise and experience and also cost me differently. Also I need to check their availability. Another concern is that I do not know how manhour based projects work on this site. I always prefer working on fixed cost basis. I do work on manhour based projects for long term clients but only when they trust me to go by the timesheet that I maintain and submit. I generally prefer working on fixed cost basis. So if you can give me access to current site (code/ database) and detailed specifications of work to be completed, I can work out my fixed cost. It will also help me to make an informed commitment. I commit only if I am confident of delivering and once committed I ensure a very thorough job and also support if you need changes / enhancements in future. I look forward to hearing from you and working on the project. I am not submitting my portfolio of PHP projects as I do not know what your site is like and I like to submit relevant work samples.
