Expert coder with some design knowledge

We are seeking a professional coder to whom we will give a ready made html version of a theme in html/css format and that he will apply on live site coded with php and html. The problem is that the site is a cms and you have to fastly get knowledge to that CMS in order to apply the theme we need. We have 8 projects like this one, so being successful in the first one will make this job ongoing. This is a project to be done in 4 days as we are in a very high rush.
