We are currently having and running a video website (YouTube clone), [login to view URL] . We want to add 1 more tab to the home page to provide additional services. Mainly, these additional services are for users (site visitors) to upload, manage, organize, share, print (make stuff, explore) and play Flash videos from their uploaded photos � something similar to [login to view URL] , Picasa Web albums, etc. but I want to add additional features (automatically convert uploaded photos and play it in Flash video player, etc.). We will work out the detail features and we will let you know but the main ideas are as described above. You scripts must be independent from our current website�s scripts so that if we upgrade our website�s existing scripts there will be no problem in operation with your scripts. However, there are some minor things that your scripts must tell our existing scripts so that the scripts can update things like: public video counts, members counts, Watched videos counts and online visitors counts, (Sign Up, Log In??). We kindly request highest quality and reliability and provide daily reports. Must incorporate Credit Card, Paypal, E-Gold and Bank Wire payment methods for users to pay us. Users have to pay for thumbnail and thumbnail will be automatically detected after users do a search � the correct categories thumbnails will be displayed, city state? , anything else??? Currently, we are using only 1 server and the data stored on the server is limited to 400GB. Your scripts should allow us to expand to unlimited storage and multiple server configurations. We may outsource to another company to handle servers, storage and bandwidth. So, we will need you to support us (add additional codes and work with other company to get our website up and running) so that the scripts will work with other company's requirements. When the projects are completed, you will hand over all rights as indicated below and all the documents, source codes, etc. so that we can submit and get copyrights for [login to view URL] Step by step instructions on how to install scripts (your software) on our servers, configure servers so that servers will work with your scripts and our website will be up and running. Step by step instructions on how to recover our website and get it back and running if there is a disaster (hard disk drive crashes, system crashes, etc). Good documentations on your scripts. This job includes development, design, installation and support. For payments: All payments should be done by escrow. The first half would be paid after approve the live site by us and the second half would be paid after small fixes of requirements, bugs and themes. By placing a bid, and then working on our project, you agree that you will hand over all rights (copyright and ownership) of the script/site/design to us and there must not have any encrypted or malicious code. There will be 2 to 4 additional projects. If we are happy with your current work, we will give you the work for future upgrade features and future projects.
