HTML and CSS Website Re-Design

Please read all instructions to the bottom before placing a bid. I have an HTML and CSS based website with horizontal and vertical (left side) navigation. What I need is to redesign the site using HTML and CSS to create two entirely new page layouts. Page Layout #1: 1. Two column design with a wide column to the left and narrow column to the right. 2. Navigation will be horizontal below the header with buttons that change color when hovered over. 3. The header will include the site logo and a Google site search box. Page Layout #2: 1. Two column design with a narrow column to the left that contains vertical navigation and a wide column to the right that contains the main site content. 2. Horizontal navigation below the header (same as Layout #1). 3. The header will include the site logo and a Google site search box (sames as Layout #1). 2. The vertical navigation will include non-clickable headings followed by clickable links to other pages. 3. The main content area will include breadcrumb navigation at the top followed by the H1 then a row for social (Facebook likes, Twitter, G+, etc.), then content. 4. The footer will include four rows of content including: Social ("Follow me," etc.), a listing of other popular pages, horizontal navigation to main website pages, and copyright information. Programming must not be copy-paste. It must be new and specific to my site only. Coding must be: * Clean markup * Cross browser compatible (supporting all major browsers, iPhone and iPad) * W3C compliant HTML / CSS * Semantic and well commented code * Fast loading pages * SEO optimized code If you have an interest in this and other similar future projects, please contact me BEFORE bidding.
