178555 Online Booking SYstem

I want to create a small online booking system for a property seminar; Nothing too complicated because i want to be able to modify a file to add extras etc.. project Using Javascript and or PHP, but i dont want a credit card payment service. They will be a row of 5x10 available seats and when someone selects a seat to make a booking, the seat should show that it has been taken already. when the seat has been chosen the customer should be able to fill out a form with a name and address, tel etc..
