PHP/jQuery Freelancer Required

I need a freelancer to wire up some multi-dimensional drop downs for me. I need some PHP scripts creating to extract the data and present it to the client side JS which also needs writing. Please see the attached image to see the screen I need the code for The data and links between the menus is from 3 MySQL tables which can be accessed through PHP. The first menu (Competition) when selected should show the image related to the competition beside it and refresh the 2nd menu (Team). Once the second menu has been selected shirts should be loaded into the box beneath. The shirts are represented as individual images. If there are more than 3 shirts loaded, we need to initialise the carousel which should show three shirts at once. When next or previous are selected we want to move by only one shirt either direction, not three. The individual shirts need to be hyperlinked with a link containing the shirtid. A full project description, db tables and images will be given the chosen freelancer I need this project completed asap ideally within 12 hours. If you cant complete the project in this timescale please do not bid. The winning freelancer will speak good english, be available during Uk hours and use an IM service like googletalk, msn or skype.
