Photoshop File (PSD) to HTML Liquid Design (CSS Layout)

I need someone to convert attached PSD into HTML with CSS (liquid design, that means use as little table as possible. If you don't know that you shouldn't be bidding on this job). The page must be cross browser compatible. The gray boxes must be expandable (I can add more content and the box will expand and contract based on content). Please include work that you've done recently that are CSS based, please don't send any links to Table based website, as it will not be considered. I need this done within 1 day. Please don't waste my time by bidding and not able to deliver.
