Send text message widget

Using PHP/MySQL 1. Create a form that allows site visitors to type in a message and phone number and have that sent as a text to website owners phone (via phones email address). Verify values via javascript. Needs to be an attractive GUI! Check out <[login to view URL]> as an example. 2. Create a sign-up page to allow people to visit my site and customize the code in step 1 to add to their own site. You'd ask them for their name, email, phone, cell carrier, and website (email the custom code to them to verify their email). Store the information in our database then send them an iFrame that loads the widget in their site.
