288381 Simple Secure Login Area

Hello, I want to create a simple secure login area where I can share some files and pages with people. I want to be able to create logins/pws for each of my users. But all my users will end up at the SAME page after logging in. This page will have links to my files and pages. I know html/php pretty well, so I will be able to edit this page. But the thing is. I want everything I post on this page that required users to login to access to be secure. So if someone tried to access these files/pages without logging in, it will not allow them to view it. That is the simple user part of my project. Here is what I want in the admin area: I want to be able to add/delete users and their passwords. I want to be able to see which IP addresses are logging onto each user (if possible, notice me when more then 5 IPs login into one account). And of course, edit the secure page that has the pages and files that only users can access (but I can do this through just editing the page file html).
