165620 Simplest php cms script needed

hi, i would like to get done the following php project, which is simplest (prefer one page driven) cms php script. Basically, it must be 1 page website, where up to content blocks will appear on it: "main text" block, "contact me" block, "publications" block and "gallery" block. Features: 1. Main page is "[login to view URL]" + admin area is "[login to view URL]" + template for page "[login to view URL]". 2. NO database will be involved (all stored on server - txt file for example. 3. Very important - webpage must be enable in more then one languages, so i need ability to add languages in admin area (which involve creation of additional subfolders, like "eng", "rus", "heb", "fr", so i could choose default language for [login to view URL], and all other pages will be on [login to view URL] and so on. i need ability to add/delete those pages and edit them separately (utf-8 required). links to those page will appear on default page. 3. Full-featured text editor with ability to enter html + alignment change for "main text" block. 4. Full featured text editor with ability to enter html + alignment for "publications" block. for this one, i need ability to upload txt, doc, html, pdf, jpeg or gif files in admin area. after uploading i will see permanent links to those fies on server so i could post link to them in "publications" block. 5. "gallery" block is more interesting. i need ability to upload jpeg, gif or bmp files and i'll be given permanent links for them AND for thumbnails: php script will create thumbnails for all uploaded pictures (i could define height/width). way to display pictures: "gallery" block will be in frame, thumbnails and titles will be displayed, if i click on thumbnail (or title-link) i get full-size image in new window. frame is need to display many thumbnails in relatively small block - you could see how it works on many listings on [login to view URL], on the bottom of most pages. 7. "contact me" block - ability to enter name/email/message +image verification before sending (ability to define email for receiving through admin area). 8. if i define more then 1 languages - of course, i need ability to make different texts and titles for everyone of them. 9. Of course, except "main text" block, other blocks are optional, it means that i could define if i display them or not on the webpage. 10. Blocks will appear in rows, like levels, for easy management. i know that it's a lot of description, but i think of something basic and simple, as possible. i think, the best way will be to create through the script subfolder physically on server for every new language, so i could manage everything from one admin area. thanks in advance!
