181024 User interface generate graphs

We are looking to have a backend interface developed. There will be roughly 75 different users that will need to login, each with their own password, and one 'master' superadmin that will be able to simulate any of the 75 users. Once logged in, the users will need to generate 2 different graphical reports, based on a few options they select, as well as a date range. The date range will be selected using a sophisticated JavaScript calendar, whose code will need to be extracted from a third party website. All the data will be pulled from a third party system, using their sophisticated API's, which I have a detailed manual on. The information will have to be displayed in CSS graphs. Please provide references for projects you have completed that include using API's to gather information, and/or projects that include creating graph outputs using CSS graphs.
