Website to Query my Paypal Account

I need an administrative website created to query my Paypal account information. ? Detailed project specs included in the attached zip file. ## Deliverables I have a paypal account that I use exclusively to sell gift cards for local retail shops. ? The gift cards are sold online and redeemed offline at the physical store location. ? I need a website built that will allow employees at the store location to login and check to see if the gift card # is valid, then mark the gift card as redeemed. ? The site should query my paypal account to see if the gift card is valid and pass the redemption information back to my paypal account. The website should also allow me to login as an "administrator" to set up users/passwords for store employees and to generate reports that show me how many gift cards have been sold, redeemed, etc. ? More complete details are included in the attached zip file. ? I can create the actual look of the site as we just want it to be a bare bones interface. ?
