Wish List Script (Ajax preferably)(repost)

I need a "wish list" script for my website, preferably in Ajax. This is a stylish site, so the visual look/feel of the "wish list" functionality is very important. There is no shopping cart functionality required, but the script requires user authentication, as wish lists need to be saved. All items to be "linked" are stored in MySQL database - so there is already a URL & associated fields. I need to display some of these fields (such as thumbnail image, etc) in the My Wish List page. I also need to install the script myself as I am responsible for day to day management of the site. Possible enhancement includes the ability to share Wish Lists. Please only respond if you have experience with this type of script, or understand the functionality.
