Wordpress Theme - add option to theme for color change and header image upload

This project is for integration of the following additional options into my Hometown Hero theme (see attachment) in wordpress. - header image text color change - like Kubrick theme - header image uploading **Requirements:** 1. User must have the ability to change the header text color of the theme using the options tab of the theme a. Text color should update using javascript/ajax automatically just as the Kubrick theme does 2. User must be able to upload a header image (use wp-content/uploads folder for upload location) using the options tab of the theme a. [login to view URL] does an excellent job of this - except this is a plugin and not integrated into the [login to view URL] portion of the theme itself 3. User must be able to choose from a list of the images to use as the header background image a. This should be as easy as clickable on a thumbnail list of the upload backgrounds, and then the background appearing (in a similar fashion to the way the background appears on Kubrick's theming options). **Skills needed to accomplish this:** PHP Wordpress Wordpress theming and/or plugins **Skills wanted:** Previous experience in creating your own plugins for wordpress ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment - w/in the wordpress theme. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
