Integrate an algorithm into Joomla

We are looking for a freelancer to build a component for joomla. This component should be connected to Joomla users table so only logged in users can access it. We will provide the algorithm, it allows users to get a detailed report calculated from the entered values. Users should be able to download their report as PDF or to print it. There will be 2 categories of reports, a basic one which will be free and an advanced one which will be paid.
