Joomla login integration with another script

Hi all Due a freelancer taking my money and not completing a job I am now in need of urgent help to get my site up and [login to view URL] only reply if you are honest and have the skills to complete the work, we are quickly running out of time. Work Needed: I have a Joomla site and Vbulletin with the JV bridge already in place. We also have a ladder script called my gaming ladder which needs to have the same login as the main Joomla site. We may also have additional work including an integration of a script in VB to the registration details of joomla. Finally we will need the forum database transferring from one site to another, Members and posts/threads only. Due to the fact we now have a lot less funds than before please let me know if you can do all this work to our budget. Thank you
