NEED AN EBOOK & ARTICILE WEBSITE WITH EBOOKS ADDED

I would like a website setup like [login to view URL] People need to be able to leave comments and ratings for the ebooks. I do not need them in html code just whatever format the ebook is in they can preview it in that way. Most of the ebooks will be in pdf format. I have over 200,000 ebooks and articles that need to be added to the database. It is about 4.5 gigs of worth of ebooks. You will also need to add those ebooks into the database also. There needs to be a search feature so that people can easy find what they are looking for in a book. AGAIN ALL THE EBOOKS AND ARTICLES WILL NEED TO BE ADDED TO THE SITE ALSO AND BE SEARCHABLE AND DOWNLOADABLE.
