URL rewriting for a joomla translating extension (repost)

here is the site i would to modify urls of translated cached pages:

i have a plugin that needs a little enhancement. its a joomla plugin that automaticly translate articles using BingTranslate api and store them into the cache of my joomla for SEO purpose. translated pages can then be browsed on my site and crawled by search engines from their own language folder generated my the extension such as en/es/fr/cn.... etc

It is working fine but the translated articles do not have a translated URL (its stays in english). all other meta tags are fine and well translated.

WHAT I WANT: MODIFY THE URL OF THE TRANSLATED ARTICLES AND REPLACE IT WITH THE META TITLE OF THE SAME ARTICLE.

for instance the original article url (in english) looks like:

<[url removed, login to view]>

and the automatic translator creates this cached page, for instance, in spanish:

<[url removed, login to view]>

instead of this last url i would like the translator to translate a cached page with the translated meta title in the url, s that it gives at the end:

[url removed, login to view]

with the right translated url!

and it must support sitemap indexing for the cached articles
