Web page backend coding in PHP and MySQL

There will be no product on this site other than an e-learning program course. Our company needs to quickly have a web site developed that will be an e-learning site that presents an online program of traffic school. This site will be linear in nature in that the user/student will not be permitted to jump around in the program material; but will be required to proceed from the start to the end of the program in the order of the materials presented. The initial registration process will require more than 80 items to be saved in the database for each user. A multi-tabled database will be required to store the user information data (100+ items), the program chapters (static pages) , and a significant number of (date/time) data for each user as they are tracked through the program. Chapters of the program shall be separately stored in the database to provide ease of changes like adding, editing, deleting. At the end of each chapter a 10-20 question quiz will be given and the user must pass before being permitted to proceed to the next chapter. If they fail the quiz they will be redirected to the beginning of the chapter. A final exam of 50+ questions taken from the set of quiz questions will make up the final exam. The user must pass the final exam. Answers to all quizzes and final exam by each user will also be kept in the database. Payment for this course will be accepted in several forms, including a secured credit card transaction; we may or may not accept other forms of payment such as Paypal, checks, money orders, and the processing of orders manually via telephone or fax. The user will be permitted to stop/logout at any time and resume the program when they log back in at the beginning of the Chapter they were in at the time of logout, site exit, or browser exit. The "usual" set of supporting pages will be required including but not limited to Home, Overview, Demo, AboutUs, ContactUs, Policy&Agreements, etc. The site will be required to handle new as well as returning, already registered users. The use of CSS-techniques is encouraged to provide ease of change in the future. PHP/MySQL development. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's web site environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix or similar.
