htaccess to redirect foreign traffic

I am looking for the code to put in my htaccess file to redirect ALL traffic coming to my domain, based on: english spanish german If english, then the page the surfer requested will be displayed. If either Spanish or German is set up as the surfers language preference, then the surfer will be redirected a different web page on a different domain. Should occur in the backgound with no surfer intervention. Should work on all pages hosted on my domain. Not just index files.
