I purchase large mailing lists based on much smaller quantities ordered by my clients ahead of time. I would like to have an automated web-based ordering site using linux.
1. Customer registration- This includes name, address, city or county and email address for the info to be sent. The data base should include a query for existing customers, region, and order quantity.
<!-- -->
1. Customer purchase order- The order will inform a purchase list that will be sent monthly (on the sixth) automatically via email to the supplier in an Excel ready format. Paypal buttons will give options of 100, 200, 400 names. However, this option should be expandable. We are to allow the order to be zip code specific first with the understanding should additional names be required they will come from the surrounding zip codes. The order would include names, addresses, city, state, and zip codes with room for additional information should it be required.

1. Order delivery- When the new purchased master list is received via email I need the sub lists to be acquired and distributed via email to the customers. I need to be able to track the order throughout the process. We have an order deadline on the first of the month and I need to be notified if an existing customer does not re-order by that date.
