356509 PHP Smarty template design

I currently have a default PHP smarty template with full search engine already working at [login to view URL] and would like the smarty template and structure designing to be something similar to [login to view URL] Please note the search engine on the site is already working and does not need editing all that needs doing is the general design of the site and create appropiate logo and branding for the site. The code is in PHP so you must be a confident programmer to bid.
