Magento: Back Order Task + Special Price Task

We have 3 relatively simple requirements for an experienced company or individual. We require that cells with information be imported daily from a CSV file to update attributes. BACK ORDER: Back Order ETA value: CSV Column XX (note: csv column X is the product Internal_SKU attribute) Create an attribute for a back order date Rule: when a product quantity is 0 and is out of stock, display this attribute on the Product Page & Cart page (See text bellow) Rule: if no ETA available, display "Please contact us for a shipping ETA" Text on product page / cart page / SALES EMAIL: "The following item will be ready to ship on (ATTRIBUTE_DATE)" Special Price (To show sale on front end) Promotion (Yes / No ) CSV X Promotion End Date CSV XX Cost W/O Rebate CSV XX Cost With Rebate CSV XX Note: CSV XX - CSV XX = Rebate Note: there is an existing script that calculates COST (attribute) + % and populates PRICE Details: We would want to populate the special price end date and we need to display the savings with the special price without affecting our price (will let the developer think of a solution). Example is price is 100$ and the rebate is 7$ the total should be 100$ shown as a special price. Sales Email: - Tax calculations do not display properly need to correct (see [login to view URL]) - Want to add a column to display a product attribute - Replace SKU with WEB ID (Web ID = Magento back end product ID) Bids I deem to be unnecessarily high will not be considered. If you have done a previous CSV import script this should be relatively easy for you to complete. Looking for a long term relationship with a reliable company or individual.
