Platform for prize with point received from scan a QR code

The system must work on Mobile devices and Desktop computer The system must work like a shopping but: - user not pay i'm not need payment online - user pay with points ( the point is incremented for user when the user scan a QR Code - every qrcode have assigned a products with points) - user can't make a new registration ( I already have all the user which can participate at this prize - and the new user is registered only for administrator in background area) The system is divided in 3 1. QRCode scan and redirect to webpage 2. user increment points 3. catalog online user chose prize and verify point The system must work in this way: I generate the QR code ( already developed this section) Mobile device after user scan a QR code User scan a QR code --> redirect to a web page example [login to view URL] . com/12 ( where 12 is ID of the products) when the system generate the page verify in DB if this product is already scanned IF NOT scaned show to user: - the page with informations about the product ( and the value in point of that qrcode scanned) - with an form where user must insert his private USERkey ( userkey is like a password - this is associated to the users - if the user not validate the page with his USERKey can't increment the point ) If the userkey inserted in form is CORECT. ( show to user information about new increment with 10 points and show the total point of this user) (must be a filter if user refresh the page can't increment again or if user go to a desktop computer and try to insert again the Keycode must denided) After incrementation that product Id must me checked to be invalid for the next scan/validation So only 1 time a user can scan a QR code and validate the scanning with as UserKey, if user scan again the QR Code and put his Userkey again on the system inform the user that QRCode is invalid because is already scanned and Qr CODE already used. Every time a user scan a QR code the system redirect to web page and add credit point only after verification of USERKEY -system must send email to administrator after every added credit with user, phonenumber,total points, -system must send SMS to user with confirmation of the new scan and total of his point. The part of increment point can be viewed only on MOBILE DEVICE , if user try to view in Desktop system redirect to a special page. Catalog online The web site for DESKTOP DEVICE must show a list with all prizes and the point for every prize. User can Login on the webpage and show his total points ( user can't increment the point on desktop version) - user can choose a prize ( after login with username and userkey) and system verify the total of his point - if user have enough points ... the system show what prize can choose, after user choose the system automatically verify the remain points - if use not have enough points the system not show the prize in order to choose ( show only without add button) When user have enough point near the every prize/product show the button ADD TO CART After user confirmation prize and added to cart, system - send email to user about his choose and delivery informations - send email to administrator about this user and prize chooses - system calculate the point of users and refresh the total user point - Every time the user can view the history of his account, point , prize, ecc ADMINISTRATOR area can permit to manage all: - change - delete or increment point of the users - can verify all user and all points and all information. - can manage the user informations - can ban a username or a ID products - can annulled a ID products in order to not increment any points - administrator must verify user choseed producst , user name , total points and validate if that user can r I prefer to be on Wordpress platform with PLUGIN for shopping/prize administrator manage all on desktop computer THE BUDGET IS 550 EURO if you BID MORE I'M NOT CONSIDERATE YOUR
