Alterations to Joomla Component (Joombah Jobs)

We are developing a website for a customer using Joomla and a component called Joombah Jobs. They are an employment agency for teachers and other staff in the education sector. The site is almost complete but the customer wants a few changes to the site which are a bit beyond my abilities as I only have a basic knowledge of PHP, enough to make simple tweaks to code but nothing more. The current version of the site is at [login to view URL] The changes that are needed are: Office Search - The jobs are divided into 5 office areas around the country. The customer wants to be able to choose the office that the job is being offered through when adding jobs in the admin area, and then visitors should be able to search by office through both the module in the right sidebar, and through the ‘advanced search'. Sort Results - Visitors should be able to sort search results by title, by date posted and by office. Possible Future Link to [login to view URL] - The customer has only just enquired about this, but they might want to link the new site up with [login to view URL], which apparently has an API so that we could get jobs added through [login to view URL] when adding to the site. There are details on the API at [login to view URL] I know the details are a little vague so if the changes take longer than expected, we can be a bit flexible with the price. We do quite a lot of websites and, assuming that the work is carried out correctly, we should be able to send more work in future the way of the successful bidder.
