Will be able to do this for you. Having 6 yrs of experience in providing support to a UK based hosting company and have enough expertize to get this done for you. Will go through the file structure to find out extent of infections, remove the malicious contents making sure that no contents are lost. If you have your database backup, then its best to make a new installation and then restore the database so that your site will be free of any malicious code. Then one by one you need to install your plugins. also, you can harden your server if you are using a linux machine.
