Dear All, We have already an eprocurement(online [login to view URL]) application developed in ASP with the database SQL [login to view URL] application is successfully developed,tested and implemented long back for many state [login to view URL] this application is running in many places. Brief of Project:Apart from normal work flow of an online tendering which involves a govt. department and it's divisions to publish a tender online and the respective contractors to bid upon it online,this system uses a core expertise of cryptography to encrypt and decrypt data at client side with the use of an authorized Digital [login to view URL] provide the critical security as well as the desired transparency in public procurement [login to view URL] also uses features like Time Stamping,Digital based certificate log-in,MIS generation and others,Bio metric log-in, etc. Objective-To translate and develop the above mentioned and non-mentioned eProcurement application which is currently in VB language into a Java application so that it can be successfully implemented for a larger volume of eProcurement needs attaining great speed for User responses. More details can be discussed once we are into the [login to view URL] experienced(5+) JAVA developers are preferred.

Hello. It's a very interesting project this one you have started. I have solid background on software development principles, and for project management I like to follow Scrum. I have experience using Spring for web services development. wich gives the extra bonus of simplifying the integration with so many products which comes Spring-enabled out of the box. Anyway, Spring is just a solution, so I can use any other support technology you choose. Lastly I have been on the BigData world, using tools like Voldemort and Cassandra. About ORMs, MyBatis is an excellent alternative to Hibernate. Mockito and test-driven development are truly life-savers for long-term projects. I also use Maven for dependency management.
