Existing Card Game in JS and PHP - Small change needed!

Hi! We have a existing and working card game, and we need a small change that will not require lots of development. The game has AI (BOT), that plays when the opponent abandons the game. We also want to offer to the player to play against the BOT if there are no available players on-line that he can play against. That will be just for fun - no points will be gained or lost. So in short, the already existing BOT, should be possible to call from a button on the main screen (Player vs Bot game) and if the player enters in one of the game modes (Fast or Normal) and is waiting for a opponent more than 15 sec, popup should be shown asking if the player wants to play with the BOT or wait for another 15 sec. Please bid with realistic prices, as this is really is not that hard as all the code is almost there. Also, the code is well structured and well made, so for experienced developer it will be easy to find his way. The payment will be made after we can confirm that it's working on our Development Environment.
