Experienced web programmer needed for a private website

Hi, There, I am looking for an experienced web developer to help build a private website. This website will be accessed by a small group of pre-selected users only and no public access. The skills required might include but not limited to HTML5, CSS, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. Please apply to this post only if you have previous experience creating similar websites, can communicate effectively in English, can take constructive feedback and meet expectations in both quality of work and deadlines. A site structure sketch is attached as a pdf file. The website should look clean, simple, minimalistic, yet with good artistic taste and functions smoothly without lagging. The background image on all the pages should auto-resize, auto-center, and maintains its aspect ratio. The website should have the following pages: 1. home (popdown menu include contact, login and register) 2. landing page after login ("about" will be a lightbox popup window on the same page) 3. gallery (codes could be purchased online for $12) 4. wall (this is a simple guestbook where people can leave comments) 5. timeline (2d, 3d display, this should be user editable and should allow users to upload media to local server like [login to view URL]) The site must include the following underlining infrastructure: 1. registered user database 2. registration validation 3. registered user forgotten password/user name 4. guestbook comment database 5. timeline event database (user can create and edit their own events, admin can edit any event) 6. media (photo, audio, video) upload by user 7. users should be able to make fine display adjustments to the 2d, 3d timeline like [login to view URL] 8. mobile device optimization A detailed proposal is expected from any interested candidate. Please detail the design layout, cost, committed timeframe, and any assumptions and conditions that have been made. Please also provide past work demos and references.
